A little TMI... backache leading to BFP??

Oh my goodness the backache today is awful. My stomach feels slightly full/ constipated but I was able to go to the bathroom earlier 🤷🏼‍♀️. I should be about 3-4dpo today. I have chronic constipation and the pain is usually In my side/ under my ribs. Today is different... my entire low back and middle of my stomach right below my navel are super aches. I think I actually ovulated for the first time in a a long time and i don’t really know what’s normal in a cycle besides that this is not normal for me. Has anyone ever felt this leading up to a BFP? Or do you guys normally get this way shortly after O? I know a rise in progesterone can cause constipation but again I was able to go earlier... 🤦🏼‍♀️ lady issues sometimes 🙄
