Just posting this so I can motivate someone to get up and go to the gym. 🤪
Workout Regimen :
Stair Climber 30 Min
Treadmill 30 Min
Weights : I work at the airport as a Ramp Agent which means I lift heavy luggage all day so that's my weights lol
Diet : I'm not on one. I eat what I want but I eat small portions and I probably only eat one or twice a day if I'm not at work. If I am at work I eat like every other hour.
