I need your thoughts ladies...

Idk if you remember but I posted a few days ago that I got a plain as day positive with first response and with fmu then the next day negative and still negative. My breast and nipples are still very very sore and sensitive has very light cramps on lower left side, kinda nauseous in the mornings, a couple of times felt dizzy and I’m always very tired. Today a couple of times only when I wipe I got stringy mucus yellow tented sort of and the next time I wiped it looked like it had blood in it ... any thoughts ? Oh and AF is 2 days late
