Processing and moving on help

I’m not really sure where to start but late Saturday night / early Sunday morning my boyfriend strangled and suffocated me . I’m still in shock and a little in denial . I’m here to for support to over come what had happen . All I can remember is him telling me he was going to kill me and my saying please make sure my kids are okay . He is currently in jail with no bond . We have a 4 month old together and I also have a 3 year old . I’m so glad they did not wake up to that .

Hospital cleared me , I have a swollen throat , bruising all over my body , busted blood vessels due to lack of oxygen, and a sprained ankle from kicking the floor trying to wake my neighbor up .
