1st ultrasound- 7 weeks- heartbeat? 🤷🏼‍♀️

Hey ladies 
I’ll be going for my first ultrasound 08/04- I’ll be 6+6. I’ve read very mixed responses about being able to hear the heartbeat this early but after having a miscarriage in Jan, I’m so eager to have an early scan.

With my daughter I was able to see it at 6+4, the second pregnancy I went the same exact time and couldn’t see it but the baby measured behind and eventually resulted in a miscarriage. This pregnancy I go again at 6+4 and I’m praying to see it🙏🏻 kinda traumatized from last time😣

My first pregnancy I went in at 6+5, saw the heartbeat but it was only 72 (which is quite low) and ended up miscarrying. This time I went in at 7+0, measured one day ahead and saw a heartbeat of 127! I’m still nervous but feeling much better. Both times we never “heard” the heartbeat, just saw it flickering on the screen. Good luck!

You should be able to see the heartbeat if your dates are correct, but if there’s a chance they could be off even a little (like if you don’t know exactly when in your cycle you ovulate) it might still be too early.

I went for an internal ultrasound and they showed me the heartbeat flicker and took a video for me. I was exactly 6 weeks. I was shocked they found the baby because it was so tiny. I had an actopic pregnancy 5 months ago so they were watching me closely.

I just had my first ultrasound at 7w4d and we didn’t get to hear it but we got to see it fluttering! 150bpm!
