Is this a good workout?
I'm focusing more on my abs, butt and some leg and arm. Anything I could add that works for you? Your favorite exercise? I don't have any equipment except for weights and soon will get resistance bands too. I really wanna get this weight off so any tips, exercises or anyyytthhiinggg will help🙏🏻
