Telling people??

So this is my first pregnancy, I just went to the doctor today, just my normal doctor not Obgyn, and she has me at 5 weeks and 5 days and due date 11/24/2019. When did you start telling people? And by people I mean family like mom and dad? I’m so scared to tell just because my boyfriend and I aren’t married yet. But at the same time I just need someone to tell this huge secret to! My boyfriend obviously knows and is 100% supportive, but I dunno should I tell my parents? Or wait until the ultrasound appointment here in late April?
