Stress
So these past few weeks have Ben extremely stressful. medically, emotionally, and physically exhausting. I thought I was having my normal menstrual cramps. I’d take ibuprofen, Tylenol. Try to kill the pain. But it just wasn’t going away. It Wednesday I went to the docs for it, to see if they can get me on any meds that will either numb the pain, or make it easier. They said that I was literally stressing myself sick.
My lesson for this week, don’t stress the small things. You’ll finish that homework. It doesn’t have to be perfect. You don’t have to get a job right this second. When you leave the house, who cares if your wearing makeup, or if your hair is perfect. Take a breather. They are needed for everyone. You don’t have to look your absolute best when going out. And if you don’t feel like going out, Don’t force yourself to go out. Drink water, eat food. Smile. And laugh. Don’t be so serious about anything. When you get stressed, anxious, or feel like you’re about to have a panic attack, it’s okay to leave. No body is perfect. Try your hardest. And love those around you like it is your last day.
