Anyone get told the wrong gender?

Question

I went at 14 weeks, tech wasn’t 100% sure because baby was sleeping and the umbilical cord was between the legs. My next ultrasound is in May I’ll be 21 weeks. My mom and mother in-law we’re both told they were having boys through their whole pregnancy and they both popped out girls lol

Pretty sure it’s a boy and I was told everything is still swollen down there till week 18.. so I don’t know.

My good friend was told girl at 18/20 weeks then a few weeks before delivery she was told boy 😬 the ultrasound tech got it wrong and should have said she wasn’t getting a good shot and to come back but she told them girl 🤦🏻‍♀️

Im in same situation i went at 15 weeks 4days baby was sleep and cord between legs was told boy but from some angles it looked like nothing there then there was at dif angles potty shot does look boy but i also see 3 lines and wondering if the boy part is actually the cord i wanted to start buying thats why went for early scan now im still waitin x

Looks like a boy to me, I had 2 boys both found out before 14 weeks

Also every time she get the potty shot there wasn’t always a nub there, I’m just confused.
