Bleeding after sex? (TEEN)

Last year in May I lost my virginity to a guy. And we only had sex three times and I was still new to it all. And I bleed the first time after which is normal after losing it. We broke up. And in October to November I was having unprotected sex with a new guy. But every time we had sex I would bleed after horribly. The first time I was confused because I knew I bleed the first time so it couldn’t have been possible I lost it with the new guy. We had sex about maybe seven times and each time I bleed after. Would any of you know the reason why this possibly happens? I’m going to start having sex with this same guy again but protected so I need advice.
