It doesn’t matter.  The healthy sperm will get where it needs to go regardless.  😊 
With that being said though, I always lay there for a little while because I can.  Haha.

I was reading a book that said it can’t hurt to stay laying down for 15 minutes afterwards. It also said legs in the air doesn’t make a difference. Lol
