Zero sperm count

So we found out that hubby does not have a blockage causing his zero sperm count.

He does have a Varicocele and also low testosterone. They’re doing another blood test to check for a genetic issue.

Dr said pending the results of this blood test will determine our next steps. Said if the blood work is “good” then hubby will do clomid, surgery to repair the Varicocele, and then probably a retrieval to get the most swimmers possible.

If the results of this blood work are not good it’s “game over” ( according to the dr) and he suggested we think about sperm donors.

Unfortunately blood work is going to take a couple weeks so we’re just in a holding pattern til then
