Husband vs wife tasks to work ratio

Is this a fair split up in your opinion?

Husband- 40/hr work week

Wife- 22-30/hr work week

Tasks aside from work:

Husband- take trash to road(one night/week), mow(1time week during season), occasionally helps with laundry/picks up living room, let dogs out/feed/water(also a shared duty, but he does it more)

Wife: pay bills, groceries, cooking, cleaning/dishes, laundry, take care of baby's needs, random other errands

My husband thinks aside from these things that he should get to come/go as he pleases and do what he wants(play video games, work on hobbies, etc). I just feel like I'm constantly doing things and pouring from an empty cup. Im also pregnant so it's not as easy for me to try and keep up with everything. I tried to explain that but he just doesnt get it. He doesnt think I do anything aside from work besides "take care of the baby and get groceries". I want him to spend more time with our child, I want him to play with her more. He just doesnt see what I'm talking about. I don't count playing with her for 5-10 minutes in the morning or before bed as spending enough time with her. I'm being as realistic and honest as I can see in my eyes without exaggeration so that i can get honest mom to mom feedback. Thank you for reading.
