No pregnancy symptoms yet 😟

Anyone else take a while to get pregnancy symptoms? I’m 4 weeks 4 days (got my BFP exactly a week ago) with a previous miscarriage around Christmas. I’m just worried something might be wrong? I have an ultrasound on the 18th but I’m going to be a nervous wreck til then.
