No signs
With my first two pregnancy I knew within days I was pregnant (even before taking a test.) I can’t test until Thursday, but unfortunately don’t have any signs and am feeling defeated. Did anyone not have one symptoms at all and test positive?! I’m in the dreaded 2 week window now.
