Should I be concerned? Babies heart at 20 week scan

She told us plenty of times that they have to do ALOT of checks and that it can take a while but the baby was face down so she said she couldn’t see the entire heart that she needed to check and she said plenty of times that everything so far looks perfect but she can’t comment on things she hasn’t checked yet because she can’t see...

I was suppose to have the whooping cough vaccine and she’s delayed it until I go for a follow up scan in two weeks because baby wouldn’t turn over so she will be able to see the entire heart properly in two weeks if she’s facing the right way...

I’m telling myself that she wouldn’t have told us the gender and sent us off happy letting us spread the news if something was wrong... would she have said if something looked off and needed to check it again? I’m worrying myself...

Anyone have any similar story of whether this happened and something was found or if everything was fine?
