Is seaweed and  tuna salad ok to eat at 7 weeks??

My dr told me not to eat any tuna. Even canned.

My obgyn told me at the beginning of my pregnancy that its safe to eat up to 2 cups of tuna a week. I dont eat it very often. Albacore is best tho.
