Am I pregnant really?

Ok, so I have PCOS and have

2 other children. I got two positive pregnancy tests last Monday, and I didn’t believe it so I took another which was positive. I am about 5 weeks today! This is the earliest I have ever found out I was pregnant with either kid. I am have been fatigued, my boobs hurt which never happened with the other two. I know I’m pregnant but don’t really feel it. I had morning sickness with my 5 year old for 14 weeks and only a handful of smells set me off. My 3 year old she made me sick with everything and anything for 27 weeks. I understand morning sickness usually starts around 6 weeks, however, I feel like I’m not pregnant and just going crazy!
