Not just to neutralize or remove negative energy but to promote positive energy to take it's place. From the sounds of it you are a pagan or at least open to pagan practices, maybe find some protective sigils that you vibrate with to adorn your home and meditate upon?
Negative Energy
We keep having this negative energy that jas literally followed us.
Before we moved 5 months ago we struggled for about 2 months with a heavy dark energy. We were both waking up screaming in unison freaking out every night multiple times. Talking about the same energy amd heaviness we were feeling. I smudged a lot with sage and sweetgrass. Was using salt in the Windows, doors, and even leaving a bowl to soak up energy through the night and dumping it in the morning. Black salt, sea salt, pink salt. I tried it all. But it just wasn't enough. After we moved i smudged the new house. But lately, the past 3/4 weeks that same energy is back. I haven't went to our local store (45 minutes away) yet to get more sage.
Just wondering if anyone has any tips or advice on what else I can do or use?
