Best moisturizer for dry skin?

My skin is starting to flake in my T zone and my cheeks, any recommendations for moisturizer? I've used ponds and elf water balm but I think I need something better.

I have the driest skin ever and I use puriya mother of all cream it’s the best moisturizer EVER and a little goes a very long way but the only problem is that it is a little pricey for a moisturizer but it’s definitely worth it.
