Fussy at 3 weeks?

My baby is now 3 weeks today, and she’s been crying/fussy around 75% of the entire day. I’m chronically sleep deprived and idk what to do. I don’t think it’s colic since it’s not nonstop (she’ll cry and then stop for short time then cry again etc). She’s also constantly hungry, even when I had just fed her. My boobs and nipples are basically gone and i feel like I can’t keep up with her demand :(

I haven’t had any supply issues before so idk if that’s it? I also heard they go thru a growth spurt at 3 weeks but how do I know my supply is keeping up with her if she’s constantly wanting to feed?
