Please help me get some sleep!
My daughter is almost 10 weeks old and she used to sleep 5-6 hours straight at night. This past week we’ve been getting 4 hours at most and then awake every 90 minutes after that. Our current bed time routine is:
7/7:30pm bottle
9:30/10pm dream feed
This was working great but now maybe not so much. Please help. I go back to work next Monday and I need her sleeping better again!
