Just wondering !?!? Need some help

What is your feeding routine with your 8 month almost 9 month olds. Between formula and baby food? How much of each?

Wake-up at ~6:30/7am-8 oz. Bottle
8am-breakfast (usually 8-12oz solids)
11am- 6oz bottle
12pm-lunch (usually 6-8 oz solids)
3pm- 6oz bottle
5/5:30pm- dinner (6-8oz solids)
7pm-bedtime- 8 oz bottle

7am - bowl of puréed pear and prune porridge with a dash of milk. She might also have half a piece of toast with butter and vegemite (that’s my breakfast but she usually steals it lol).
8:30am - 150ml of formula
11:00am - 150ml of formula
1pm - 1 kids sized banana mashed with 70g packet of flavoured kids yogurt. X1 slice of tasty cheddar cheese. X3 rosemary crackers. Chunk of sliced skinned cucumber. 
4pm - 150ml of formula
6pm - she eats whatever we are eating for dinner which varies from spaghetti bolognaise, pizza, roast chicken, curry, casserole, lasagna, tacos, sausages, snitzels and veg etc. 
7:30pm - 150ml of formula.
So that’s a total of 4 bottles equaling 600ml of formula and 3 good sized meals. She also drinks about half cup of water from straw cup throughout the day.
She LOVES her food (since 4mths) and I let her taste anything I am having. She’s great at eating from spoon if I am feeding her and picking up food herself. I am hoping this doesn’t change as she gets older!

He drinks 6-7 oz about 4 times a day and then 4oz of solids twice a day. But he is currently obsessed with teething biscuits so he gets a pack of those and I always offer puffs/yogurt melts with his solids at night since I’m home from work to help with his hand / eye coordination etc. he doesn’t really love them tho so not many actually make it to his belly 😂

We really don't have a routine but she has to meals a day with us. And 4 to 5 6 oz bottles a days. And 1 4oz bottle in the middle of the night.

When I am home with my son, I try to give him baby food twice a day. Like a lunch and dinner and then he gets about 7-8 oz of formula at least 3-4 times a day and he usually wakes up for a feeding during the night.
