My brother died suddenly 2 years ago at the age of 28. I'm not pregnant yet, but trying. If I have a son I am considering naming him my brother's name. It's a very unique name that you don't hear often. I know people name their children after parents and grandparents all of the time, but for some reason it feels different with my brother. I'm not sure if it will be a trigger or not to call him by my brother's name. I spent 28 years saying that name to my brother and don't know if it will feel odd to call my son by that name, but the name means so much to me. Would you name your child after your sibling who died?
