Pregnant with my first so I’m new to all this symptoms etc.. I’m 31 weeks .. Woke up at 4 am yesterday and started to feel sick around the top of my belly, went back to bed for a little bit and then woke up and had 1 and a half pieces of toast, puked that right up.. I had to work at 11 so I took a nap before, ended up leaving work at about 12:30 and i pulled up to the house, opened the car door and puked all over outside, I basically slept for the rest of the day, (also had diarrhea) now this morning I wake up at about 4 am again and I’m feeling a little better, I still have diarrhea, and now i’m having lower back pain... I’ve read online that diarrhea and lower back pain are signs of labor and also from a few friends that they were nauseous during their labor.. I’m going to see my OB today for a reg appt, is this something I should mention
