I need opinions!

So both my parents are somewhat disabled. They travel for work and we help and live in there home with our 1 year old. We pay bills as well. Although it’s not a great place it’s not toxic. My whole family is telling me to move out I’d be okay live with them and helping for the rest of my life but I also would be okay with moving out. My parents wouldn’t be able to make it if we did though. I want more kids but my whole family looks down on me? Like if I didn’t have my life together because I live here. Me and my husband are completely capable adult we have our own car our own Insurance (health and car) I just don’t understand why people think this way? We pay half the bills and have money left over.
