Sinus stuff

I woke up with a stopped up nose and sinus pressure. Dr said I can try claritin and that's hasn't helped any. I took it around lunch time (12:30ish). Can I take benadryl tonight or should I wait since I already took claritin? I am currently 7 weeks so I just want to check to be on the safe side.
