Constipation anyone?

Please help!! Idk what to do for severe constipation! I’ve tried stool softeners. I’m not sure if laxatives are safe! I haven’t had a “good” BM in over a week.

I drink good bellies probiotics drink and it helps me with using the bathroom.

Probiotics(find a good one!) and extra water intake. I’m up to 4 liters a day right now and it seems to be helping. 
Princes and fiber won’t hurt too!

I eat granola bars everyday and I’ve had no issues. The chocolate chip ones!

Prune juice, Metamucil, and tons of water. That always helps me.
