How to ease the guilt of formula feeding and the pain of no longer pumping?
I haven’t fully decided whether I want to quit pumping all together and just have my baby on formula but the pain from being full definitely is making me keep pumping.
I didn’t want to stop pumping, but I was having a hard time after I took a major hit to my supply. I finally (after trying most of the formulas out there) found a formula that my baby could keep down but the guilt is also bugging me that I’m no longer giving him breast milk.
Is there anything that anyone does to keep the guilt at bay? Are there any remedies that people use to help ease the pain from the fullness?
