My son nearly fell head first....

Posting anonymously because I’m so ashamed, I left my son for 30 seconds sitting on the couch (with pillows supporting him) and he started to fall, I quickly saw and caught him a few inches off the ground.

He was falling head first so I caught him under his head/neck and I think I supported his neck well while catching him but I’m not sure and I’m worried he’s hurt.

He only cried for a minute or so, then happily nursed but I’m worried.... please has anyone gone through a similar situation? Or have any suggestions?
