Farther along than I think?

The first day of my last cycle was March 3, meaning my due date would be Dec 8th, and I am roughly 4 weeks.

However if that were the case, I shouldn’t have gotten a positive until April 6-7, right? But I got 4 glaring positives (including a digital and strong lines on strip tests) on April 1st.

Would I be a week further along than I thought? Could I have ovulated a week earlier than I thought?

I’ll find out for sure at the 8 week date scan of course, but I thought it might be interesting to see what other Moms have experienced.
