I change my 7-weeks old baby every time she goes; pee or poop but somehow she got a diaper rash and it won’t disappear. Off and on she’s had it for three weeks. I changed her diapers and wipes. Was using Pampers but now Huggies and still no difference. The rash did clear when I initially changed her diaper brand but today, her rash was worse. Any advice. I’m also using butt paste (the red tube) and I started to wash her after each dirty diaper. Please advice.
