Advice please 😘😘

I have been TTC for baby number 3 for 3 years, over that time I’ve had 3 miscarriages, I’ve had every test done under the sun and no problems at all, my last test I had was in December when I had a HSG done, all clear, BUT this caused me nothing but trouble and was bleeding for 3 weeks at the worst, I went to the doctors and I was prescribed medication to “reset” me, last month was a normal 28 day period, this month I am now 3 days late and I’m having negative tests, I’m bloating really bad, I’m loosing my mind!! 😂 what do I do?? I feel like all I do is moan to the doctors and go back and forth with no answers
