Does stress affect when your period comes?

Please please please help I’m super nervous I might be pregnant, haven’t gotten the chance to get a pregnancy test. I’ve been super stressed out, don’t know if that could make my period late. It’s late by 6 days!!!! I am also only 14 almost 15 and living with my dad, he’d kill me if he ever found out I was pregnant.

Could be stress, could also be your age. When you’re young your periods can still be irregular. If you don’t want to get pregnant either 1) don’t have sex or 2) use protection
