Possibilities? Please give any advice :-)

I had sex with my boyfriend while I was ovulating but I did not know until a day later. He used condoms but he was complaining that they were too tight and that they didnt fit. He also said he was having a indention ring around his penis from the condom. He doesn't pull out when he cums either like while wearing a condom which is fine. I am not on birth control or anything but I was wondering is their a possibility that I could get pregnant? Does this possibility increase more if he was wearing a condom too small?
