Have you or some1 u know had Vaginal delivery after c-section?

Question

I have 4 children and my last I labored til 8cm but the umbilical corn was wrapped around his neck and heart rate started dropping with every contraction. Tried putting fluid in to shift cord didnt work got a fever and dr decided c-section was necessary! 
Well I'm currently pregnant and want to deliver vaginally! Is this still possible midwife said it is...but I wanna see was successful!
I NEED SOME HOPE!! DONT WANNA GO THROUGH ANOTHER C-SECTION!!😣

My MIL had a c-section because my husbands head was too big and he couldn’t fit. She had 3 normal vaginal births afterwards.

Yep!! I had a successful vbac with my son after having a csection due to a complete placenta previa with my second girly. Being I knew I could go thru a natural labor helped the doctor to ok me for vbac without question. I plan to have another vbac with this baby if all goes well too! The biggest thing I remember from when they were making sure I could clear for vbac is which direction my c section scar was and the scar on your tummy might be different from the scar on your uterus. I’d just talk with your dr it’s definatly doable especially if you’ve been thru labor before successfully! A repeat c section scares the heck out of me too so I am hoping for everything to go well again! Good luck!!!

I know lots of people who have. C-Sections are not that common where I live and it sounds like there was a good reason for you to have one last time but currently there is no reason to schedule a C-Section with this pregnancy as that is unlikely to be a repeat situation. Where I live VBACs are highly encouraged unless there are really reasons not to have one :) x

VBAC's are sometimes successful. My hospital won't allow them because we're a small hospital. But ask your Dr at the next appointment.
