This should definitely be positive if a digital was. Digitals are not very sensitive. Try retesting in a few days but this test is definitely negative

This is odd if you got a positive digital then this one should be super positive 
I don’t see anything on this one maybe it’s a bad test. Try again with a first response but if the digital said positive your more than likely pregnant
