9 days late cramping light no show of af

I get my period every month for four days I didn’t get it at all last monthIt’s now April 3 still have not gotten it the day before my missed period And the day after I took tests and they were both negative and I’m crampy lately but still no show of af has this happened to anyone and ended up being pregnant??? I wanna wait till the end of the week to test if af dnt show up crossing my fingers that it dont !!!!!
