Am I miscarrying??? Please help.

I was suppose to start my period on the first. But I didn’t. So on the second I took a test, it was faintly positive. Today I took another, also faintly positive. But right after the second test I wiped and there was blood. I’ve been wearing a pad since 5 am, nearing 9:30 right now. There is a very, very small amount of blood on my pad. So small that it looks pink. But still blood every time I wipe. Bright red active blood. No clots when I wipe, but very small clots fall into the toilet. Cramping is very mild. Anyone else experience this? Am I miscarrying?! Please help!
