Exercise First Trimester?

I joined a new gym literally a week before getting pregnant that’s like classes of 30 min mix of weights/cardio stations and then 30 min of yoga. I told the woman today that I’m pregnant just to let her know and she said we shouldn’t change much for now, “just listen to and respect your body” lol I did notice that a few times before I’d hop on a machine, she’d reduce the amount of weight that I’d be using...

Has anyone been told anything to specifically avoid during the first trimester? I feel like during my workout if I felt any discomfort at all from my abdomen I just came to a full stop. Am I overthinking so early? I’m literally only 4 weeks today.

I had a miscarriage last year around 8 weeks so I’m paranoid I guess. But I know exercise will be very good for me during pregnancy.
