Baby sitting low?

I’m 31 weeks but I feel like my baby is sitting extremely low. Last u/s I had she was breech but I can’t tell if she’s flipped or not. Kind of feels that way but I feel like a majority of her body is like down by my pubic bone. She still moves around but not as much as she did like a week ago. My next doctors appt isn’t until next week and I’m trying to convince myself that everything’s fine and it’s just my anxiety acting up. I don’t want to take an unnecessary hour trip to the doctor, especially since my doctor isn’t in town and the other baby doctor is a total bitch.
