My placenta has rounded up edges
So apparently my placenta tried to detach (thank goodness it didn't completely) early pregnancy so the edges are rounded upward instead of flat like a pancake against my uterus like it should be. My doctor told me that it is healed now despite the fact that it is rounded up and my baby girl is still getting plenty of nutrients and blood flow from it.
