Do you tell someone if you see them putting their baby in a unsafe sleep space or improper use of car seat?

I personally don’t feel comfortable telling parents what to do, but it makes me cringe when I see parents with blankets in the crib, sleeping in a dock a tot or swing, etc.

and seeing a chest clip at the baby’s belly, loose straps, or bad installment of the car seat

I know everyone is learning and I’m not judging anyone. Some people simply just don’t know! but it can seriously be dangerous!

BUT at the same time, I hate when I see other moms on FB calling out moms about doing “something wrong”

What would you do? Is it worth offending the mom if you potentially could save their baby? Or is it just nobody’s business?
