I asked my midwife this and she laughed and said as long as you’re not drinking 5 LG coffees a day you’re fine

I have to start limiting myself. I have to have my dr.pepper for work. I work for UPS as a sorter and unload sometimes so its my boost.

I used to drink coffee all morning, since finding out I was pregnant I cut back to one cup a day.
I use a Nespresso machine & they just delivered half caffeinated pods and decaf. 
The plan is to have one cup of half caffeinated on days I feel particularly tired, then on all other days I will have a cup of decaf.

I drink a cup of decaf in the morning. Taste wise can't tell the difference.

One a day should be fine as long as it’s not like a triple espresso. Lol
My whole pregnancy with my son I drank 1 cup a day. Now that I have a 1.5 year old, I don’t see how I could do it without my one cup of coffee lol
