Finally decided to get off my lazy ass and joined a CrossFit gym near me! I officially start next week and I have never been so excited to get back into lifting! Any one else do CrossFit training?? Any pointers for a newbie like me? I’ll be posting pictures and writing about my journey as I start next week!
