Where/How to start?

I’ve been overweight since the last year of high school (about 5 years). I got into a good gym/eating routine then met my fiancé. Once I met him I stopped doing all that and let myself slide. Now I’m a stay at home mom (when I have his 4 year old) and dog mom (I have two dogs). I don’t have a car so I can’t go to the gym anymore. I wanted to get elliptical but we don’t have the space right now so it has to wait til we move in June. What are some good at home routines? Eating suggestions? How do I even start being healthier again? I also drink too much soda, how do I stop drinking it? (My fiancé drinks it and always has it in the house). Any all advice welcome!
