Advice please ladies!

Ok yall. I live in Alabama and if you get Medicaid you have to make an appointment with Best Start and they make your appointment with the obgyn.

Ive made my appointment with them but they cant get me in until the beginning of May!!!! And then who knows how long it will take to be able to see an actual doctor.

A little back story before my question. Ive had 2 miscarriages and was finally diagnosed with Thrombophilia/ hypercoagulability by a maternal fetal medicine specialist. They said i needed to take a baby aspirin everyday when im pregnant to prevent miscarriage. Now i have 3 healthy kids and pregnant with our fourth.

Im estimated to be 3weeks and 6days. We had tried for well over a year to get pregnant with this baby.

After starting to cramp and have sharp vaginal pains last night i am freaking terrified that something isnt right.

Now my question....

Would it be wrong of me to go to the er? I know that nothing can stop me from losing this baby if its already going to happen but i really need reassurance. I never cramped like this with my 3 live births and from everything Ive been reading online im scared this could be an ectopic pregnancy.
