Should restaurants be held accountable?

Q: Should Chipotle and or other places be held accountable? Why have a big promotion when they cant support their platform?

I've noticed other places have done these type of things and only to have it not work.

However, when I tried to order online on the app, it wouldnt work. I got curious, went on Doordash and it wouldnt show my location.

I got curious and looked under the comments of Chipotles most recent picture: A lot of people were saying how the app wouldnt work, the order wouldnt go through, the food got cancelled...ect
