Twin mamas

Robyn • Mummy to 1 little boy who's 2.5y.o , expecting baby #2 November 19!

I found out I am pregnant last week and I have a feeling it could be twins, I am very early as of yet but I was wondering what signs did you have before 6 weeks preferably I am around 3-4 !
