So I was bad and did it anyway

I’m nearly 15 weeks pregnant im in uk. My endo hasn’t made any appointments for me to ask. My dr has a poor understanding of how to treat me. I went for bloods today and made the decision to increase my meds again by 25mg. I know it’s supposed to be done every trimester and im now in my second one and nobody told me to increase yet. I had been starting to feel crap and tired again in a more than normal kind of way. It could be a month before I get an appointment so I just did it. Bit scared and guilty now.
